Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Type: Permanent
Available Locations: Ottawa (On-Site)
What will your typical day look like?
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will report to the Controller. You will work with a cross-functional finance team that includes, Assistant Controller, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. In addition, you will also support management for the various companies where financial services are provided.
Specifically, your responsibilities could include:
1) Matching, entering and filing AP invoices
2) Credit Card Reconciliation and entry
3) Processing expense claims
4) Processing weekly payment run (ACH, wire, bill payment, Cheque)
5) Adhoc reporting as required

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
