We’re looking for a Supervisor to join our growing cleaning team!
In this hands-on role, you’ll work alongside staff daily, leading by example while also managing key aspects of our operations—training, inspections, scheduling, admin, and more!

- Leading, training, and hiring team members
- Conducting quality inspections to our standards
- Supporting scheduling and daily operations
- Working hands-on in the field while multitasking

Qualifications:
- Experience in professional cleaning and supervising/managing, we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong customer service and has a great eye for detail
- Ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license
