Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring movement and alleviating pain.
- Assist patients with exercises and manual therapy techniques to promote recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy practices and incorporate evidence-based methods into treatments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure or registration as a Physiotherapist in the respective region or country.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Good communication skills for explaining procedures and instructions clearly to patients and families.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including assisting patients with mobility exercises.
