Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability through effective financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the company's financial performance
- Monitor and analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and provide insights to support decision-making
- Manage the budgeting process and ensure accurate forecasting of revenues and expenses
- Conduct cost management analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance on business development initiatives
- Assess and manage financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and liquidity risk
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate finance and financial services
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin & English
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years' experience working in Chinese companies in the past 10 years
- Be familiar with the management mode of Chinese Business line.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, financial planning, budgeting, and risk management
- Proficiency in financial software applications and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
