Position Summary
The Warehouse Labourer supports the day-to-day operations of the prefabrication warehouse by assisting with material handling, inventory organization, loading/unloading deliveries, and general production support related to prefab wall panel manufacturing. This role works closely with the warehouse production team to maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse.
- Organize and maintain inventory, tools, and work areas.
- Support prefab wall panel production by preparing materials and components.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and hand tools safely.
- Assist with packaging and staging completed wall panels for shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow company safety procedures.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, construction, or general labor experience considered an asset.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Forklift certification considered an asset.
- CSA approved steel-toed boots required.
Working Conditions
