Property Administrator (Yardi Experience Required)

$42,000 – $50,000 Annual Salary
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Site Parking | On-Site Gym | PTO & Sick Time
We are seeking two experienced Property Administrators to join our team at a large multi-residential apartment community in Scarborough. If you have strong administrative skills, experience in residential property management, and proficiency with Yardi, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Support daily operations of a 300-unit residential apartment community
- Manage tenant files, lease administration, and resident communications
- Prepare notices, rent increases, and documentation in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA)
- Assist with leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and resident inquiries
- Process purchase orders, invoices, work orders, and contracts through Yardi
- Track vacancies, renovations, inspections, and maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate resident, vendor, and property records
- Support the Property Manager with reporting, collections, and operational projects
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and residents to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Property Administration experience in a multi-residential apartment community
- Experience supporting properties with 200+ units preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and Landlord Tenant Board (LTB) processes
- Proficiency with Yardi (Yardi Breeze experience is an asset)
- Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work on-site Monday through Friday
