Synergy Health Centre clinic is located in beautiful Saanich in Victoria and offers a bright, clean, comfortable, friendly setting for our clients with a full rehabilitation gym and many treatment rooms dedicated to providing high-quality care to our clients. The clinic is located near Quadra & McKenzie, along the Galloping Goose bike trail, with ample parking available in front. We pride ourselves as a multidisciplinary team work environment with a specialty in pelvic, vestibular, and concussion health management.
Our team is composed of registered physiotherapists, massage therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, kinesiologists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturopaths, and our amazing administration staff. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a comprehensive, individualized care that supports recovery and successful return to work and daily function.

Your impact:
This position will provide the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of clinicians, as well as provide exposure to complex occupational rehab cases. Our KINs play a pivotal role in supporting Canadian Veterans, Canadian Armed Forces members, first responders, individuals facing physical, cognitive and mental wellness goals, and private outpatient clientele. They also provide treatments and assessments for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries.
In this role, you will:

Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments under the mentorship and direction of a physiotherapist.

Design, implement and supervise graded exercise, work conditioning and/or work hardening programs.

Utilize e-charting software to document client sessions; submit reports to stakeholders promptly.

Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals.

Complete functional components of reports for initial, progress and discharge.
