Tanglefoot Veterinary Services is a privately owned mixed-animal practice in the beautiful East Kootenays of British Columbia. We are seeking an experienced veterinarian with a passion for mixed-animal medicine and an interest in surgery and dentistry. Orthopedic experience is an asset, and mentorship is available for veterinarians looking to expand their surgical skills.
Our modern hospital is equipped with digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory equipment, and well-equipped surgical facilities. Our caseload includes TPLOs, fracture repairs, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, emergency procedures, equine ambulatory medicine, and bovine herd health.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation with production-based earning potential
- Base salary: $100,000–$120,000, depending on experience
- Expected annual earnings: $120,000–$150,000+ including production and emergency compensation

Qualifications
- DVM (or equivalent)
- Eligible for veterinary licensure in British Columbia
- Mixed-animal experience preferred
- Interest in surgery and dentistry
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- New graduates with a strong surgical interest are encouraged to apply
