Phillips Bros Excavating, a family owned and operated company, has been proudly serving the construction industry for over 27 years. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to assist with various physical tasks on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
· Load and unload materials and equipment.
· Perform manual labour tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying.
· Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards.
· Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
· Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in general labour or construction is an asset but not required.
· Physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
· Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
· Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic.
· A driver’s license is required.
