Advanced Marine & Powersports is growing and looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team. Specifically, we are seeking a qualified Individual who is career minded, knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and reliable.
Pay will be based on experience, knowledge and drive. We also offer a benefit package.
Parts Advisor Requirements:
- Must have proven skills in customer service
- Must be able to problem solve and have strong organizational skills
- Be able to look up parts
- Be proactive in communicating with special problem situations
- Contribute to managing inventory and ordering parts in a faced paced environment
- Communicating frequently and effectively with Service Technicians to obtain information on needed repairs
- Communicating with service advisors in order to schedule service work
- Keeping customer informed of the repair progress and communicating the need for additional work when needed
- Process warranty claims
- Assist in resolving discrepancies between the computer inventory and the parts available
- Track inventory, reorder inventory, and special order inventory as needed
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
