As a Finish Carpenter, you are the detail-oriented closer responsible for the final stages of our projects, including trim, cabinetry, casing, doors, millwork, and custom woodwork. We are looking for someone with exceptional precision, a strong sense of craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
The Package:
Total Compensation & Perks
- Total Compensation Package: $30 – $36 per hour (inclusive of base wage and total package value).
- Schedule: 36-hour work week (paid for 40 hours).
- Vehicle: Company vehicle provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Precision Installation: Install and finish interior trim, baseboards, casings, crown mouldings, doors, and hardware.
- Custom Woodwork: Complete cabinetry installation, millwork, custom woodwork, and other detailed finish carpentry tasks.
- Quality Assurance: Measure, cut, and install materials with a high degree of accuracy and craftsmanship. Perform final touch-ups and ensure work meets standards before handover.
- Documentation: Complete required on-site documentation and paperwork accurately and on time. Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of finish carpentry experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
- Journeyperson Carpenter certification or equivalent finish carpentry experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Clear Criminal Record Check
