Chef de Partie Qualifications:
- You have minimum 2 years of restaurant Line and/or Prep Cook experience (in a comparable full-service restaurant environment)
- You may have previous Kitchen Supervisory experience
- You have or are interested in developing strong leadership abilities & looking for growth
- You have strong organization & time management skills
- You are passionate about food & culinary excellence
- You are driven, you take initiative & you never turn your head from a standard
- You know success comes from dedication & hard work, which you do not shy away from
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You are able to work days, nights, weekends & holidays (in a full-time capacity)
- You may be interested in working towards your Red Seal
Chef de Partie Earnings & Perks:
- $20.00-22.00 per hour + Bi-weekly Tip Out (averages additional $4-6/hour based on sales)
