Zucora is currently seeking a reliable and professional Service Partner to provide furniture treatment services for customers in the Brockville region.
Position Overview
Service Partners are responsible for applying fabric and leather protection treatments to recently purchased furniture, either in customers’ homes or occasionally within retailer warehouses prior to delivery. The role offers a flexible schedule, as Service Partners manage and coordinate their own appointment availability directly with customers.
Requirements
- Maintain a valid business license in accordance with all applicable local regulations.
- Obtain and maintain General Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage limit of $1,000,000.
- Purchase and maintain the equipment necessary to perform treatment services safely and effectively.
- Purchase and maintain an adequate supply of approved products and supplies required to perform treatment services.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers within 48 hours to schedule service appointments
- Complete in-home treatment applications within approximately 2 weeks of furniture delivery
- Apply fabric protection and leather moisturizer treatments using company-provided products
- Service customers within a 50 km radius of Brockville
- Obtain customer signatures confirming completion of service
- Occasionally complete in-store leather applications prior to furniture delivery

Primary service coverage includes:
- Brockville, Ontario
- Surrounding areas within a 50 km radius
Work Volume & Scheduling
- Work orders are distributed Monday through Friday
- Assignments are provided through a Service Partner Portal and email communication
- Volume varies daily and is based on customer deliveries and service requirements
Ideal Candidate
- Professional and customer-service oriented
- Reliable transportation required
- Comfortable working independently and traveling locally
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Experience in furniture care, upholstery, or in-home service is considered an asset
Pay: $15,000.00-$20,000.00 per year
