We’re looking for a dependable Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced Vietnamese fusion restaurant. If you’re hardworking and eager to learn, we’re willing to train — attitude matters most.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food prep (cutting, washing, portioning)
- Keep kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
- Wash dishes and maintain sanitation standards
- Support cooks during busy periods
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends)
- Experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to lift 50lbs
