Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with clients and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions when discussion jewellery repair or design
- Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience in jewellery sales is preferred.
- Background in retail sales is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to sell effectively while demonstrating products confidently.
- Excellent time management skills to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Social media knowledge would be a strong asset
