Hydro Excavation Truck Driver / Operator

We are currently seeking a reliable, professional and safety-focused Hydro Excavation Truck Driver / Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating hydro excavation equipment, safely exposing underground utilities, and supporting a variety of construction, utility, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
- Operate hydro excavation trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform utility locating, daylighting, trenching, potholing, and other excavation services.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Follow all company, client and industry safety policies and regulations.
- Work closely with crew members, supervisors, and clients on job sites.
- Accurately complete required paperwork and job documentation.
- Ensure safe operation around underground utilities and existing infrastructure.
- Travel to various job sites as required.
- GeoTab Digital Log Completion.
Qualifications
- Valid DZ or AZ Driver's License (or equivalent based on location).
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Previous hydro excavation, vacuum truck, construction, or utility experience preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when required.
- GeoTab Digital Log Completion.
Preferred Experience
- 2 Years Required / 5 Years Preferred Hydro excavation or vacuum truck operation.
- Underground utility construction and maintenance.
- Utility locating, daylighting, trenching, etc.
- Construction or civil infrastructure projects.
- Digital Log Completion.
