Central Electric Motor Rewind, a well-established electrical repair business in Kelowna, is seeking a part-time front counter associate to join our team. As a front counter associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. This role involves greeting customers, documenting information, and managing the flow of equipment and parts throughout the repair process.
The position requires availability from 10 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service administration
- Processing point of sale transactions
- Merchandising and Inventory Control
- Documentation - recording information
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing to the appropriate team member.
- Receiving and shipping of parts and equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Top-notch customer service abilities
- Computer data entry experience
- Point of sales program experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Electrical motor and power tool knowledge an asset
- Retail experience an asset
