TNC Driveway Specialists is looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our seasonal driveway sealing crew.
This is a hands-on outdoor position working on residential properties throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. No experience is required; however, experience in construction, landscaping, pressure washing, asphalt maintenance, or general labour is considered an asset.
Duties Include:
- Assisting with asphalt sealing and crack filling
- Operating pressure washers and surface cleaning equipment
- Preparing driveways (cleaning, blowing, masking, and setup)
- Assisting with the application of asphalt and concrete sealers
- Loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Working as part of a team and rotating duties as required
Requirements:
- Physically capable of performing outdoor labour
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be comfortable interacting with homeowners and representing the company professionally
- Valid driver's license preferred

- Good personal hygiene and grooming required
- Clean and appropriate work clothing required
- Professional and respectful behavior with customers and coworkers
- No strong odors that may disturb customers or coworkers, including excessive perfume, cologne, smoke, or other strong scents
Language:
- Fluent conversational English required
Work Conditions:
- Outdoor work (weather dependent)
- Seasonal position (Spring through Fall)
- Hours may vary depending on weather and workload
Transportation & Vehicle:
- Preference will be given to applicants with a valid driver's license and their own pickup truck or reliable vehicle
- Mileage and fuel reimbursement may be provided when using a personal vehicle for work-related travel outside Calgary or to distant job locations
- Transportation between job sites may be provided when required
Additional Information:
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, pressure washing, driveway sealing, asphalt maintenance, or general labour is an asset
- Successful applicants may be required to complete a paid trial shift to evaluate reliability, work ethic, communication skills, customer service, and overall job performance
