What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants
- Drive daily sales activity, appointments, demonstrations, and deliveries
- Implement and enforce a structured sales process
- Monitor KPIs and hold the team accountable to performance expectations
- Work closely with Finance and Fixed Operations to maximize dealership profitability
- Recruit, train, and retain top-performing talent
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
- Create a culture built on effort, accountability, and results

Pay: $96,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
