We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Shop Foreman to oversee daily operations in our busy automotive and industrial services facility. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage personnel, production schedules, quality control, and customer expectations.

- Vehicle polishing and ceramic coatings
- Vehicle painting & restoration
- Automotive (All) glass replacement
- Vehicle accessories and aftermarket installations
- Spray-in box liner coatings / Custom spraying
- Collision repair and refinishing
- Industrial sandblasting
- Industrial painting and protective coatings
- Fleet maintenance and refurbishment
Key ResponsibilitiesShop Operations
- Supervise and coordinate daily shop activities and workflow
- Schedule jobs, allocate resources, and prioritize work orders
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Monitor productivity and maintain quality standards
- Conduct final inspections before customer delivery
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, mentor, and support technicians and shop personnel
- Maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching when required
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees
Automotive Services Oversight
- Oversee vehicle detailing, polishing, and paint correction services
- Coordinate automotive glass replacement projects
- Supervise installation of vehicle accessories and aftermarket products
- Ensure proper application of spray-in box liners and protective coatings
- Manage vehicle repair, bodywork, and paint operations
Industrial Services Oversight
- Coordinate industrial sandblasting and surface preparation projects
- Supervise industrial painting and coating applications
- Ensure compliance with coating specifications and quality standards
- Maintain equipment, blast systems, paint systems, and shop tools
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and company policies
- Conduct safety meetings and inspections
- Ensure proper use of PPE and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized shop facilities
Customer Service
- Communicate with customers regarding project status and timelines
- Assist with estimates, job planning, and scope reviews
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of shop, automotive, industrial coating, or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair, refinishing, detailing, and coatings
- Experience managing crews and coordinating multiple projects
- Knowledge of sandblasting and industrial painting processes preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
