Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Regional Lifeguard Supervisor to join our summer operations team. This role combines leadership responsibilities with active lifeguarding duties and is ideal for candidates who are confident in supervising staff while maintaining high safety and operational standards at aquatic facilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates are expected to:
- Have full-time availability throughout the summer
- Have access to a reliable vehicle
- Have permission to use the vehicle for work purposes
- Maintain valid vehicle liability insurance
- Hold current National Lifeguard (NLS) and Standard First Aid certifications
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Position Overview
This position includes:
- Approximately 1 day per week performing supervisory duties
- Approximately 3–4 days per week covering lifeguard shifts at assigned pools
ResponsibilitiesPre-Summer Duties
- Complete pool inspections and assist with preparing pools for opening
- Support the upkeep of outdoor pools until regular operations begin
- Assist management with training lifeguards and support staff
- Meet with Property Managers to discuss summer expectations and operations
During the Summer
- Supervise and support lifeguards to ensure confidence, professionalism, and high-quality work
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff regarding equipment, operational, and customer service concerns
- Conduct weekly site visits to all lifeguarded pools and complete inspection reports
- Attend weekly management team meetings
- Complete staff evaluations and provide feedback when necessary
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues or submit work orders as required
- Provide operational coverage by working lifeguard shifts throughout the summer
Post-Summer Duties
- Complete closing inspections and retrieve pool equipment
- Finalize and submit staff evaluation reports
- Assist with planning and hosting the end-of-summer staff event

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
