Overview:
We are seeking a Residential live in Superintendent for 2 small, quiet buildings in downtown Hamilton area. The superintendent will be given a 1 bedroom unit to live in.
Mature, responsible couple preferred with superintendent experience. Position will be available for June 1st, includes apartment plus salary. Please send resume to [email protected].
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all maintenance activities within the building
- Perform routine inspections in tenants units
- Coordinate and oversee contractors for major repairs or renovations
- Keep the buildings clean and cut grass/shovel snow walkways when needed
- Collect rents from tenants each month
Experience:
- Experience as a residential superintendent is an asset, willing to train the right applicant.
- Communicate well with tenants and contractors
- Management skills to oversee renovations and repairs
- Being handy is a plus
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $400.00-$500.00 per month
