HVAC Maintenance Technician

Legacy Heating & Cooling is one of Alberta's fastest-growing HVAC & Plumbing contractors, recognized for providing exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing residential service team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has completed the NAIT HVACR Technician Diploma and is looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with customers, and are eager to learn from experienced Service Technicians, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment
· Complete furnace and air conditioner tune-ups
· Inspect HVAC systems and identify potential concerns
· Educate homeowners on system performance and maintenance recommendations
· Recommend maintenance memberships, indoor air quality products, and equipment upgrades when appropriate
· Document findings and complete service reports accurately
· Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and perform daily vehicle inspections
· Provide exceptional customer service on every visit
· Follow all company safety policies and manufacturer specifications
· Assist Service Technicians when required
Qualifications
· Graduate of the NAIT HVACR Technician Diploma Program
· Previous residential HVAC experience is considered an asset
· Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Comfortable speaking with homeowners and identifying opportunities to improve system performance
· Sales or customer service experience is considered an asset
· Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to grow within the company
