Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves safely transporting vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operations within the towing and roadside assistance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, experience with commercial driving, and a commitment to safety and professionalism.
Duties
- Operate tow trucks to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles in a timely manner.

- Assist customers with roadside assistance services, including jump-starts, tire changes, and lockouts.
- Conduct routine inspections of tow truck equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, including documentation of vehicle conditions and services provided.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle operability.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations to ensure safety for yourself and others.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues and operate towing equipment effectively.
- Customer service skills to handle interactions professionally and courteously.
- Commercial driving experience with a valid class 3 driver’s license suitable for operating heavy-duty tow trucks.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with dispatchers and assisting customers confidently.
- Ability to work independently in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
