Automotive Sales & Finance Consultant – Used Car Dealership

Capital Auto Center is a fast-growing used vehicle dealership looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales & Finance Consultant to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, working with people, and earning a strong income based on performance. Previous automotive experience is an asset but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and social media
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
- Prepare purchase paperwork and vehicle deliveries
- Follow up with customers after delivery
- Request customer reviews and referrals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer files
- Assist with vehicle merchandising and online listings when required
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and online systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
- Sales experience is an asset
- Automotive experience is an asset
