Double Reach Forklift Operator – (Morning Shift)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with weekend availability required

We are looking for an experienced Double Reach Forklift Operator to join the warehouse team on the morning shift. This role requires confident, hands-on experience operating a double reach truck in a high-rack warehouse environment, along with the ability to cross over onto a counterbalance forklift and extended fork walkie rider as needed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating a double reach truck to load, unload, and place pallets in narrow-aisle, high-rack storage (this is the primary piece of equipment for the role)
- Safely maneuvering a counterbalance forklift and extended fork walkie rider to support day-to-day material handling
- Loading and unloading trucks/trailers safely and efficiently
- Moving finished goods (packaged in boxes, mostly under 20 lbs, occasionally up to 25 lbs) from production to storage and shipping areas
- Maintaining accurate inventory placement and supporting general warehouse organization
- Performing pre-shift equipment inspections and reporting any maintenance issues
- Following all health and safety protocols in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Supporting other warehouse duties as needed
Must-Haves
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating a double reach truck in a high-rack, narrow-aisle warehouse setting
- Experience operating a counterbalance forklift and extended fork walkie rider
- Valid forklift certification/license in Ontario
- Comfortable working at heights in narrow aisles with precision and control
- Comfortable with occasional light lifting (up to 25 lbs — most boxes are under 20 lbs)
- Availability for weekend shifts
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong attendance record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
