For over 30 years, Studio La Beauté has partnered with leading interior designers to create handcrafted window treatments and soft furnishings for luxury residential and hospitality projects across North America.
We are seeking a Studio Manager / Operations Coordinator to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Toronto studio and support the continued growth of our business.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and accountability. You will work closely with ownership to keep projects moving, support our production team, coordinate with designers and suppliers, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating systems, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of outcomes.
Responsibilities
Coordinate projects from order confirmation through installation
Manage project schedules, timelines, and follow-ups
Liaise with designers, clients, suppliers, and installers
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and bookkeeping administration
Maintain project records using Monday.com and other software systems
Support executive scheduling and communications
Oversee office administration and daily studio operations
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes
Qualifications
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
Experience with QuickBooks, Monday.com, or similar software is an asset
Experience in interior design, construction, project coordination, manufacturing, or luxury residential projects is preferred
