We are looking for
SLEEVER International is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Machine Division on a 20-month maternity leave contract. This role supports our service technicians by providing exceptional customer service and coordinating sales administration, spare parts, and service activities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with customers, service teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
In this role, you will:
· Prepare quotations for spare parts and service and follow up with Customer
· Verify and prepare Purchase Orders: Items, quantities, prices, delivery time, payment terms, delivery information
· Organize and manage spare part shipping
· Coordinate domestic and international shipments, liaise with carriers, schedule pickups, and ensure customs compliance
· Manage shipping supplies
· Manage Client invoicing
· Assist Field Service Technician travel arrangements
· Management of Customer Service Schedule
· Manage Customer complaints
· Conduct monthly inventory counts, complete reconciliations, and stock replenishment.
· Prepare Sales reports for monthly and annual meetings and assist with other month end reports
· Responsible for Sales Administration (Service and Spare parts) with all Equipment Customers in North America (Canada, USA, Mexico).
· File all documents
· Back up for office admin
You have:
· 2+ years customer service/admin experience (preferred)
· College or university degree
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and work under pressure
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge an asset
· Shipping knowledge (Incoterms, carrier coordination, customs)
· Ability to regularly lift up to 25lbs
· Fluency in French and Spanish are assets
