Job Description
Royal Crown Construction is looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Construction Worker to join our growing team.
This is NOT an entry-level position. You must have 3–5 years of hands-on experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who can arrive on site, understand the scope of work, and complete jobs professionally without needing constant direction.

Responsibilities
- Complete residential renovation and construction projects independently.
- Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation and repairs.
- Install flooring, trim, doors, and finish carpentry.
- Complete concrete, drainage, and exterior construction work when required.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
- Read and follow project plans and work orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and is completed on schedule.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of construction experience (Required).
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and renovation.
- Experience using construction tools and equipment safely.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s licence.
- Punctual, dependable, and professional.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Drainage and excavation
- Concrete work
- Flooring installation
- Drywall and taping
- Framing
- Finish carpentry
- Fencing and landscaping
- General renovations
