Residential Electrician / Solar Lead Wanted

Panel Upgrade Experts is a small but growing company specializing in residential panel upgrades, service upgrades, and solar installations. We are looking for a skilled electrician to take on a key role helping install and lead our residential electrical and solar projects.

Main Duties
- Upgrading electrical panels and services
- Installing solar systems and overseeing solar installers
- Liaising professionally with residential clients
- Overseeing the safety of the solar installation crew
- Ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship and jobsite standards
Requirements
- Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician
- Strong residential electrical experience
- Eager and willing to both learn and teach
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently or with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs multiple times per day
- Comfortable working at heights and on various roof pitches with proper safety equipment
- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Personable, professional, and strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to follow safety rules, systems, and company procedures
- Previous roofing experience is a strong asset
Assets, But Not Required
- Solar training or previous solar experience
- Service van experience
- Fall protection training/certification
- Experience working at heights/on roofs
