Duties and Responsibilities:
· Send appointment reminders to patients
· Greet patients on arrival and check them into the Tracker scheduling system.
· Provide new patients an Initial Visit Form to complete prior to their consultation.
· Process invoices for payment with patients and take deposits for nail surgeries when booking.
· Scheduling follow-up visits for patients based on the treatment plan by the Practitioner or, as requested by the patient.
· Answer phones, check voicemail and return all calls on the same day.
· Maintain a tidy front area.
· Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages.
Minimum 1+ years of experience working in Reception. Experience working in a medical office is considered an asset.
