A well-established, independently owned pharmacy is seeking short-term coverage support in the Hamilton area for the months of July through September.

The successful candidate will contribute to both dispensing and compounding operations while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical pharmacy services and provide expert medication counselling and professional advice to patients.
- Ensure accurate medication dispensing while maintaining effective inventory management and full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and administer vaccinations in accordance with scope of practice and established protocols.
- Engage patients through clear, compassionate counselling and positive, patient-centered interactions to support optimal health outcomes
- Dispense RX daily. (Estimated 150RX)

Requirements:
- Licensed Pharmacist in the Ontario College of Pharmacy.
- Proficient in clinical knowledge and patient communication.
- Methadone Injections Certified.
- Willingness to go above and beyond in-patient care.
