Qualifications and Requirements:
- Physiotherapist license in good standing with the respective college
- Experience with pelvic floor rehabilitation is an asset
- Experience with manual therapy and exercise prescription
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one physiotherapy care to patients—no assistants or support staff handle treatment sessions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Design and implement rehab programs focused on injury recovery, strength-building, mobility improvement, and prevention.
- Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques such as Active Release, soft tissue therapy, McKenzie Method, and fascial mobilization.
- Incorporate therapeutic exercise and education to empower patients in managing their conditions and preventing re-injury.
- Collaborate with in-house healthcare providers including chiropractors and Nurse Practitioners for an integrated approach to patient care.
- Document treatment plans and progress using the Jane app EMR, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
- Support patients through post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and return-to-sport or work planning.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current physiotherapy practices, certifications, and continuing education relevant to the role.
- Contribute to a positive clinic environment that values patient-centered care, professionalism, and collaboration.
Compensation
- Competitive percentage based compensation based on experience
