The Smokin' Barrel Bar & Grill is looking for a strong, experienced Bartender/Server who can confidently run their own shift and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We're building a high-energy team that works hard, supports each other, and genuinely enjoys what we do.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who can work independently, move with urgency, and take ownership of delivering an exceptional guest experience from the moment customers walk in until they leave.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage your own serving section and bar.
- Prepare all beverages and cocktails for your own tables.
- Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining excellent service and drink times.
- Upsell food, beverages, desserts, and daily features.
- Process orders and payments accurately using our POS system.
- Keep the bar and service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Work as a team player by jumping in wherever needed during busy periods.
- Create memorable guest experiences that keep customers coming back.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Has at least 2 years of bartending and serving experience in a busy restaurant.
✔ Is confident working independently with minimal supervision.
✔ Stays calm and organized under pressure.
✔ Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
✔ Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done.
✔ Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
✔ Is reliable, punctual, and professional.
✔ Holds a valid Smart Serve Certificate.
Availability
- Evenings and weekends are required.
- Additional shifts may become available as the business continues to grow.
Compensation
$18.00 per hour + tips
