Urban Life Solutions is currently looking for Loader Operators. The position will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, mainly snow removal for the winter period.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s licence; ability to provide a recent driver’s abstract
- Minimum 2 years experience operating full-size wheel loaders
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Eligibility to work legally in Canada
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior background in snow clearing, winter maintenance, or related outdoor labour
- Comfortable taking and giving direction; able to work independently or as part of a team
- Security clearance through Public Works such as Reliability or Secret is an asset
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated with a strong work ethic

Field employees at ULS must be able and willing to work at any site where ULS is contracted to perform work, based on operational and client requirements. Work locations may vary depending on scheduling, weather conditions, and business needs.
Field employees must be willing and capable of performing manual labour duties required for both winter and summer operations. This includes physically demanding work such as shoveling, lifting, landscaping, construction-related tasks, and working outdoors in various weather and environmental conditions.
