Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Bedliner Spray Technician to join our service team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for applying protective coatings and paint finishes to various vehicles and farm machinery using hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment. Your expertise will ensure our customers’ equipment looks great and performs optimally, contributing to the overall success of our dealership.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal bedliner adhesion
- Operate spray guns, power tools, and hand tools to apply coatings accurately
- Inspect vehicles and farm machinery for damage or imperfections before painting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Perform quality checks on finished work to meet high standards of appearance and durability
- Assist with inventory management of spray equipment, paints, and supplies
Experience
- Prior experience with bedline spray coating applications in an automotive or industrial setting is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment operation is essential
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to bedliner spraying and handling chemicals
