Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cook. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the food industry, with a focus on serving customers and preparing high-quality meals. Candidates should be committed to food safety standards and providing excellent food service to our guests.
Duties
- Food preparation and cooking, ensuring dishes meet quality standards
- Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Prepare meals according to established recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, organized, and functioning properly
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and handling
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to serve customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to fast-paced settings
- Basic knowledge of the food industry, including meal preparation and food safety practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
