CE Transportation Solutions is currently seeking a Billing Administrator for our Burlington Location.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurate processing and pricing of customer orders.

Manually gather data and input it into billing software.

Audit and Finalization of customer invoices.

Coordination with the transportation team to provide quotes to customer inquiries.

Collect and send POD (Proof of Deliveries) to customers.

Review and address internal and external email communication in a timely matter.
-
Generate billing reports as per customer requirements.
-
Process new customer accounts into billing software.
-
Other general admin duties when occurred.

Will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
