Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a results-oriented Sales Consultant for our Cam Clark Ford dealership in Olds, AB.

In the position of Sales Consultant reporting to the Sales Managers, you will be responsible for selling some of the most talked-about vehicles and providing superior customer service.
You will be accountable for:
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with all customers and staff
- Ensuring customers are completely satisfied with department-wide interactions
- Providing customers with information regarding vehicles for sale
- Completing sales while offering additional products and/or services
- Conducting test drives of vehicles for sale
- Overcoming objections of prospective customers.
- Emphasizing product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare offers to purchase.
- Building and fostering a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Generating and developing new customer accounts
- Always maintaining professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Using CRM software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintaining accurate records, including sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.
- Building and maintaining ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and research.
- Other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience in a related field is an asset but not required.
- Valid Driver’s Licence with clean driver’s abstract
- Valid AMVIC License
- Proven ability meeting sales goals, motivation for sales, and selling to customer needs
- Understanding of automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features
- Ability to compare competitive automobile models
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain rapport with previous customers and new buyers
- Keen ability to sense business opportunities
