About Us
The Rugs Spa is a growing carpet cleaning company serving the GTA with multiple locations. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team and help grow our online presence and generate new leads.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
Create engaging posts, Reels, and marketing content.
Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Improve local SEO and website rankings.
Respond to reviews and maintain the company’s online reputation.
Develop monthly content calendars and marketing strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and provide reports.
Work closely with management to increase brand awareness and sales.
Requirements
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Knowledge of SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Ability to create graphics, photos, and videos (Canva experience is an asset).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
English proficiency required.
Experience in home services or local businesses is an asset.

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
