- Front Desk Agent – Medicine Hat Lodge
The Front Desk Agent plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires a friendly, professional individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests upon arrival and providing a warm, hospitable welcome
- Accurately recording guest information in the property management system and directing guests to their assigned rooms
- Handling incoming calls, managing room reservations, and confirming existing bookings
- Processing guest payments, preparing invoices, and completing check‑out procedures
- Assisting guests with additional service requests, including catering inquiries, wedding bookings, group retreats, and special event coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hotel or front desk experience is considered a strong asset
- Experience with Opera PMS or cloud‑based property management systems is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer‑focused approach
