We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Inflatable Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of inflatable products, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards. Duties
- Inspect inflatables for damages, leaks, or defects using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform repairs including patching, sealing, and reinforcing inflatable surfaces
- Use specialized adhesives, patches, and tools to restore inflatables to optimal condition
- Document repair processes and maintain accurate records of work performed
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and improve repair procedures
- Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist in the testing of repaired inflatables to verify integrity before return to clients
Qualifications
- Prior experience in inflatable repair, upholstery, or related craftsmanship is preferred but not required
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of adhesives, patching techniques, and material handling
- Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to lift moderate weights and perform repetitive tasks comfortably
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with inflatable safety standards or previous experience working with vinyl or PVC materials
