Downtown Tyee Chevrolet is independently owned and operated and has proudly served Campbell River and the surrounding area for decades. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Parts Person to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone with automotive parts experience who enjoys providing excellent customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

What You'll Do
- Assist retail, wholesale and internal customers with parts and accessory inquiries
- Supply technicians with the correct parts efficiently and accurately
- Research, quote and source parts using manufacturer and aftermarket catalogues
- Process customer orders, special orders and returns
- Receive, stock and organize inventory
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Utilize dealership software, Excel and Word to support daily operations
- Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Contribute to the overall success of the Parts Department

Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive parts department experience strongly preferred
- GM parts experience considered an asset
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Valid BC Driver's Licence
