Job Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a dynamic role in driving our brand growth while ensuring an exceptional onboarding and ongoing experience for our premium enterprise clients. You will be the vital link between our market presence and client delivery workflow.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Content & Growth Strategy: Execute and manage our organic marketing across professional networks (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and corporate newsletters). You will utilize AI tools effectively to streamline the brainstorming, drafting, and editing process for multi-channel marketing campaigns, translating complex technical concepts into engaging materials.
- Client Engagement & Onboarding: Serve as the primary, polished point of contact for premium clients onboarding onto our R&D platform, ensuring their needs are met with a professional tone.
- Workflow Coordination: Review incoming client project briefs, interface with our technical team, and actively monitor tasks using project management tools (Linear and GitHub) to keep clients proactively updated on their "Slot" status.
- Account Administration: Assist with basic billing coordination, client feedback loops, and tracking basic marketing and subscription growth performance via our dashboards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language Proficiency (Crucial): Full professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (Chinese) is highly prioritized. Fluency or professional asset in French is a strong advantage.
- AI-Empowered Productivity (Highly Valued): Proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or v0) to accelerate content idation, copywriting, and basic asset generation. We value outcomes and efficiency over traditional manual processes.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Account Management, or a related client-facing growth role (Agency or Tech Startup experience is a strong asset).
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone suitable for B2B interactions.
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Experience with or rapid ability to learn modern workspace platforms (Linear, GitHub interface, Slack, Notion, or Stripe dashboard). You don’t need to code, but you shouldn't be afraid of navigating GitHub repositories.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize multiple content deadlines and client communication requests concurrently without losing attention to detail.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
