Position Overview
We’re looking for a Line Painting Technician Helper to join our crew for the Remaining 2026 Season
This is a hands-on outdoor role where you’ll assist with line painting and various asphalt maintenance services. You’ll work directly with experienced crew members on commercial and municipal projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with parking lot and road line painting
- Prepping surfaces (cleaning, blowing, measuring, layout)
- Helping with crack sealing and asphalt maintenance work
- Loading/unloading equipment and materials
- Supporting precise layout and taping for clean finishes
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Working efficiently as part of a small crew (2–3 people)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit (lifting, walking, bending throughout the day)
- Attention to detail (this is precision work)
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Valid driver’s license
- Construction or labour experience is an asset

Schedule
- Seasonal work (Spring–Fall)
- Full-time hours available
- Some early mornings, Late Nights and occasional longer days depending on projects

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 60.0 per week
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction painting: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
