We are looking for learners who will take the time to become proficient in a multitude of products. The right people have high energy, are problem solvers, and love the family atmosphere and culture of the retail environment. To be successful, you'll have to be a great fit with our current team! We are a tight group that is all about doing what needs to be done to deliver the experience our customer needs.
You get to be creative, also! We don't work on plan-o-grams. We get new products daily and creating beautiful displays is a fun part of the job. We use down-time to teach product knowledge and keep the store in tip-top shape.
Our store works best with more full-time team members, because there is so much to learn. If you use our products and have a passion to share your love for them, you'll be an easy fit. Two years working with the public is required.
All team members help keep the store clean and presentable. So, yes, that means cleaning the floors, bathrooms, windows. The more knowledgeable team members spend most of their day with clients.
Physical Requirements: This is retail. You must be able to climb ladders, Lift 40 lbs, and be on your feet for a full shift. We are looking for someone that isn't afraid of hard work and has the physical ability to do it. Weekend and Holiday availability required.
