We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
*Duties*
- Supervise and perform maintenance tasks to keep facilities in good working order
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance issues promptly
- Perform electrical repairs and installations as needed
- Assist with tasks such as shampooing carpets, moving furniture
*Qualifications*
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to maintain equipment
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform electrical repairs and installations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
