We are seekding a PART-TIME LICENSED rental property manager for a friendly, Coal Harbour, downtown Vancouver location Rental Property Management Company with a 25 year A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau; with emphasis on:
- seeking new clients (for extra commission)
- Overseeing lease and other forms documents, repairs coordination; tenant and owner communication; troubleshooting property issues; move-out inspections; rent increases; coordinate annual inspections; other property management duties; showings
- Property management experience of two years+ preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English skills a must
- Ability to work in a small office, well with others, and be efficient in organizing, communicating
- We can be flexbile with part-time hours
