This role involves finishing and preparing a variety of printed products including signs, banners, decals, business cards, brochures, and promotional materials.

Responsibilities
- Laminating printed materials
- Cutting and trimming prints accurately
- Weeding and applying vinyl graphics
- Mounting signs and displays
- Installing grommets and finishing banners
- Packaging customer orders for pickup/delivery
- Assisting with production and shop organization
- Performing quality checks before orders go out
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Good work ethic and punctuality
- Previous print shop, sign shop, or production experience is an asset
- Experience with vinyl application or large-format printing is a bonus
