We are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused individual to become the face of our company. This person will be the first point of contact for customers, helping create an outstanding experience both in person and over the phone while supporting our sales and operations teams.
Position Summary
As the Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in customer service, in-store sales, order coordination, and daily office operations. You will greet customers visiting our showroom, answer incoming phone calls, assist with product recommendations, coordinate deliveries and pickups with vendors, and ensure customers receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced automotive and e-commerce environment.
Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Welcome customers visiting the Tesloid showroom.
- Deliver an exceptional first impression of the company.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond professionally to customer inquiries.
- Respond to walk-in customer questions regarding Tesla accessories.
Sales
- Recommend Tesla accessories based on customer needs.
- Explain product features and benefits.
- Upsell complementary accessories where appropriate.
- Generate in-person sales and prepare customer quotations.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups with shipping carriers and local vendors.
- Schedule customer order pickups.
- Monitor showroom inventory and notify management when stock is running low.
- Assist with inventory organization and product merchandising.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
- Update customer information and order records.
- Assist with filing, documentation, and internal communications.
- Support various office and operational tasks as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets etc).
- Ability to learn technical information about Tesla vehicles and accessories.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, automotive, or sales is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Woocommerce.
